All entries submitted on Monday, 22th January 2024 (made before 23:59 CEST) will be charged an early bird entry fee of 219€ (+ VAT if applicable) per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. For submitting the same work into more categories, each additional category will be charged early bird fee of 179 € (+ VAT if applicable).
Entries submitted after the deadline for early bird entry will be charged the regular entry fee of 249 € (+ VAT if applicable), with the deadline for submissions being Friday, 1st March 2024 (made before 23:59 CEST). For submitting the same work into more categories, each additional category will be charged a regular entry fee of 199 € (+ VAT if applicable).
When applying four different entries the fifth entry is free of charge (4+1).

The applicant may submit an individual work in several categories. When registering the same work in several categories, only one Entry form and one online Application must be filled, but marked with all categories that the work is applied for. Application fee must be paid for each applied category.
The applicant can register several works in the same category. When registering several works in the same category, separate Entry form and online Application must be filled and pay a separate application fee for each work.
The applicant must pay the application fee based on the proforma invoice issued by the Organizer within 7 days of the issue or by 1st March 2024 at the latest. When applying for early bird entry, the fee must be paid by the end of the early bird deadline or within 7 days of the issue of proforma invoice. If the fee for early bird entry will not be paid as defined here, then a new proforma invoice with regular price will be issued. Failure to pay the application fee means automatic withdrawal from the contest.
On the basis of a written request to the e-mail address [email protected] the applicant may cancel the submitted work from the contest but not later than until 1st March 2024 without giving any reason. In case of cancellation the applicant shall not be entitled to a refund of the entry fee.
Any cost associated with entering the Contest is the participant’s responsibility.
Technical instructions
Each campaign entry must be submitted electronically through the Organizer’s official entry platform.
After submitting your contact data (including name and email address) on inOrbit Awards Entry form page you will receive the Entry form to your e-mail. Complete the Entry form with all relevant information and then upload the Entry form in Application [here]. Please keep Entry form file name concise and following the below format: Company name – Client name – Campaign name
Application form must be filled out in English.
All entries must not exceed the number of words defined in the Entry form. The document must be under 2MB.
If you have any additional materials (video, ppt, photo, etc.) to support your application, include only the URL that links to the online platform and include this URL in the Entry form. Additional materials are not mandatory, but if you think they’ll help the judges understand and evaluate your entry better, feel free to include them. This could include screenshots or any other relevant documents. Additional material must be available by 11th April 2024 at the latest.
All materials submitted by the entrant to the Organizer become the property of the Organizer and will not be returned. The applications and all the submitted materials will be confidential and available for judges and Organizer only.
If you are applying for the same work in different categories, do not forget to check all the categories you want the work to be applied for.
If you are applying for multiple works, you will need to fill out a separate Entry form for each entry. Example: 3 entries = 3 individual Entry forms and Application.

After submitting the Application you will receive an email confirmation with proforma invoice. If you don’t receive it, please contact the inOrbit Awards team on [email protected].
Competition and organizer
The following Terms and Conditions apply to inOrbit Awards contest (the “Contest“) organized by RED ORBIT d.o.o. with registered seat at Stegne 13G, 1000 Ljubljana (the “Organizer”).
By submitting the application, the applicant confirms that he/she has read and agrees with the Contest Terms and Conditions and understands that they are binding from the moment of submitting the application.
Eligible applicants
The contest is opened to all Europe based agencies and companies who made, ordered or created a campaign and to all non-Europe based agencies and companies who made, ordered or created an Europe focused campaign (the »applicant« or »participant«) which have been publicly presented in the period between 1st January 2023 and 31st January 2024.
All entries must adhere to all other guidelines and specifications set forth in these Terms and Conditions
Submission
All entries must be submitted by midnight (CEST) on Friday 1st March 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.
Each entry must be submitted electronically through the official application platform [here] designated by the Organizer. Only entries submitted by the official application platform will be accepted. Submission of work or submission of additional materials in any other way is not possible and will not be accepted. The submission must include all relevant materials, such as campaign descriptions, images, videos, or other media elements that support the entry. Entries should be accompanied by a brief summary or description of the campaign, including its objectives, strategies, and measurable results. Applications must be submitted in English.
Originality
Each participant warrants that its entry submission is the original work of the participant and, as such, the participant is the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted work, and that the participant has the right to submit the work to the contest and grant all required licenses. Each participant agrees not to submit any entry that infringes any third party’s proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality obligations or otherwise violates any applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibility for the infringement of intellectual property rights or copyrights lies with the applicant. Organizer will not be held responsible for any copyright or legal infringements committed by the entrants.
The agency must obtain the consent of the client of the work before registering the work. Applying without consent of the client will result in immediate disqualification. Responsibility for the absence of the client’s consent lies with the applicant.
All entries submitted must not contain material which is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales or use of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing or which is otherwise inappropriate, in the sole discretion of the Organizer, nor may the name submitted contain any derogatory references to the Organizer or any other person or entity including brands or trademarks of the Organizer or any other person or entity.
Confidentiality
Entrants should ensure and are responsible that any sensitive or confidential information is appropriately protected or excluded from their submission.
Categories
The contest will feature multiple categories that reflect different aspects of digital marketing – overview of all categories is available here. Entrants must select the most appropriate category for their campaign during the submission process. An applicant can submit an individual work in one or more categories. An applicant may submit multiple works in each category. The judges reserve the right to move an entry from one category to another if they believe it has been submitted to the wrong category and there is another, more appropriate category for it.
The jury also has the right and the opportunity to choose a winner in the special awards category for inOrbit Digital Superstar of the Year and Best digital campaign of the year.
Judging and Evaluation
All entries will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges. The number of judges will be determined by the Organizer at its own discretion but will not be less than three. The judges’ decisions will be final and binding. Campaigns will be judged based on several criteria such as creativity, innovation, strategic thinking, execution, and measurable results. Each entry will receive a score based on the judges’ assessment, and the highest-scoring campaigns will be selected as winners.
The jury’s decision is final and is not subject to discussion with the work applicant. In the event of a dispute, the winner’s entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right not to award a prize within any of the categories in the case of a low-quality submitted works.

Personal Data Protection
The applicant allows the Organizer to manage, maintain and process collected personal data obtained for the purpose of conducting the inOrbit awards competition in accordance with the GDPR. The organizer ensures the protection of personal data according to the law.
Ownership of the submitted materials
The materials submitted by the applicants to the Organizer become the property of the Organizer. The applications and all the submitted materials will be confidential and available for judges and Organizer only. The Organizer shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to the participants and other any submitted materials.
Publicity and Promotion
Organizer reserves the right to publicize and promote the winning campaigns in any media format, including but not limited to websites, social media, press releases, and promotional materials..
The winners of the inOrbit Awards will be announced at the inOrbit Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 10th April 2024.
Disqualification
Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, contains offensive or inappropriate content or violates any legal or ethical standards. Disqualified entries will not be eligible to any awards or recognition or to a refund of the entry fee.
Limitation of the Organizer’s liability
The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for an incorrectly submitted application or any incorrect information provided when submitting a work.
The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for technically inadequate works and the resulting inadequate quality of the presentation of works to the jury, at the inOrbit Awards Ceremony, on the website or other channels of the organizer.
The Organizer does not assume any liability for any unlawful or unlawfully produced content entry.
The Organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize.
Amendments of the Terms and Conditions
Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the rules will be communicated through the official website or other designated channels.
The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
Governing Law and jurisdiction
The contest and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and all applicants and the winners agree to irrevocably submit themselves to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection therewith.
